Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All of our AROWONEN products are shipped to you from the Netherlands via a secured, tracked shipping method. For orders placed outside of the EU we recommend to contact our store. 

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, please provide a physical address.

AROWONEN only ships on business days (monday through friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on saturday and sunday will be administratively processed the following business day.

If the item is in stock, your order will be shipped within 3 working days.

In case your AROWONEN package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, the AROWONEN products and their original outer packaging, and email us a picture of the damaged goods as soon as possible at [email protected] to notify us of the damage.

 

Returns

We hope that you love your AROWONEN products(s) as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return any or all products within your order, you have fourteen (14) days after the order has been delivered to do so. We will gladly issue a refund if the return conditions (noted below) have been met.

Please note that products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original outer packaging, which must remain sealed and thereby unopened.

we can not arrange returns on textile and SALE-items. 

Please make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the content(s) from being damaged while in transit. 

Please arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice. We apologize - you must bear the return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost during transport. Therefore, we recommend using an insured delivery method with tracking information. In addition, we would like to ask you to use appropriate packaging material for the return shipment, so that unwanted damage can be prevented. 

 

Return Registration  

Follow these steps to return your product(s):

1. Report your return to my account within fourteen (14) days after delivery. After logging in or creating your account and password, in case you choose to complete your order as a guest.

2. Click on "My Orders" in the left menu within the login area. In this area you can find an overview of your recent orders.

3. After opening the recent orders you can decide which item you want to register as a return, then click on "View" to choose an item that must be reported as a return.

4. By clicking on "View" a page will open where the invoice will appear, at the bottom of the invoice on this page, you can click on "Return items".

5. Now you can indicate which item(s) you want to return. Make sure the number is correct, and that you do not forget or exchange items.

6. Indicate why you want to return the shipment.

7. Please wait for verification before the return of your shipment. We can not process shipments with no verification of AROWONEN. We try to handle all return requests as fast as we can, pease await our approval before shipment.  

8. Choose the method of return, this can be by post or delivery to our store.

We would like to receive feedback about your online order, please provide your feedback in the box "Reaction". We strive for continuous improvement and want to offer the best service. Therefore, your feedback is very valuable to us!

After we have received your returned products, we will process your return request as soon as possible. If all of the above conditions are met, we will be happy to refund the total purchase price to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your return.
