We have put together the most frequently asked questions with care and have already answered them for you. If you do not find the answer to your question here, please call our shop or come and visit us! We are always happy to help!

1 Payment
1.1 Can I pay afterwards?

This is only possible if you use a credit card as a payment method.
Then the amount will be reserved and debited only after your order has been delivered.



1.2 I have returned my order. When will I get my purchase amount back?

As soon as we receive your package, we will do our best to book the purchase price back to you as soon as possible. This can take up to (10) working days, but is usually faster.
You will get the purchase price back the same way you paid for the purchase. 

If you have not received back your payment after ten (10) working days. In that case please contact our Customer Service regarding the payment.
Keep your order number and the packing slip off the return at hand.


2 Waranty & Defects
2.1 How long do I have a guarantee on my purchases?

You recieve a guarantee on all items you buy from AROWONEN.
The exact guarantee period varies greatly per item.
If your purchase shows a defect, then we are ready to help you. For questions about the exact warranty period, please feel free to contact our Customer Service, or feel free to stop by in our shop!

3 Interior Design Services
3.1 How can I book "Interior Designing Service"?

Our exclusive Interior Design Service is available internationally, our interior designers take care of everything and design the perfect and fully customized interior especially for you. AROWONEN can bring every vision to life. 

Booking our interior design service is only possible in our shop / by phone or by sending an email to [email protected] 

4 Custom Made Items
4.1 Can I order custom items online?

We offer numerous customized items, such as: Beds, sofas, chairs, tables, consoles, walk-in closets, wardrobes, benches, fur plaids etc. 

This means that each item can be made according to your wishes, the size, color, fabric and the model can be filled in by you.

These variables ultimately determine the price of the desired item.
Thanks to this unique service, AROWONEN can offer a high quality and suitable interior within any budget. 

It is therefore not possible to order custom items online, we would like to welcome you in our shop together with one of our interior stylists to look at the numerous possibilities that we offer.   

5 Shipment & Delivery
5.1 What delivery options are free?

Pick up in our shop

If you live near our store, you can have your order picked up from us free of charge.
Your order will be ready for you the next day around noon.
You can pick up your parcel at the desk with a valid ID.
You can also have your order picked up by a friend or family member.
This person must also show his/her identity card and sign it.

5.2 There is an item missing in my package. Am I still recieving this?

Oops, that's not the point. It is possible that one of your packages is still on its way. In our e-mail confirmation and in My Account you can see if your order consists of multiple parcels.

Is there no longer a parcel on the road? Then we are happy to solve this for you at our Customer Service. Keep the order number of your order at hand.

5.3 What is the status of my delivery?

Super amazing that you have placed an order with us! The next morning you will receive an e-mail with Track & Trace information from us. This allows you to track your package.

5.4 Can I cancel my order?

It is not possible to cancel your order with us.
